Nordic Walking fits perfectly to feel-good and wellness-orientated holidays. Performance or the kilometres raced are not the decisive goals, but the relaxed listening to one's own body and its course of movements.
By moving with an ideal pulse rate, the oxygen uptake increases and you already get a very good training result together with optimal fat burning after one hour of Nordic Walking. While training in pairs or with a group, you still have enough breath to talk to one another.
